Our parish gathers continually for liturgical celebrations; from the celebration of the Sacraments to prayer services. All of these public gatherings of the church do not just happen automatically. The liturgy committee of the parish gathers before all the major seasons of the liturgical year to prepare and plan for the various liturgical celebrations. This committee is made up of various ministers of the altar (musicians, readers, Eucharistic Ministers, art and environment) each helping to emphasize and choose the signs and symbols we will use to help us celebrate more fully the sacred mysteries of our faith and to discuss how those symbols can be used better so as to impact more fully the lives of our parishioners.
