CCD (Confraternity of Christian Doctrine)

Our mission is to welcome, proclaim Jesus Christ, educate by sharing his life, gospel message and mission, and call each family of our parish to renewal and ongoing conversion catechesis.  Each member,  will become more spiritually enriched by the Word, actively involved in the Body of Christ, and fruitfully respond to the Holy Spirit, by generous service to others at home, in the local community and the world.  

The catechists and staff at Our Lady of Joy Parish participate in a sacred trust given to parents by God.  That trust means that we assist you, who echo God’s presence and action in your home as your child’s primary catechist.  Together we provide your child with a faith education and formation in mind, spirit, and body for life.
